Kick-Start Kiwi Smoothies

Ingredients:
  • 4 kiwi, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 10 ice cubes

In the blender, combine all the ingredients except 2 kiwi slices. Serve in 2 tall glasses and garnish with the kiwi slices.
