Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 6 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon water
- 2 eggs
- 1- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1 1/2- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup coconut flakes
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together. Beat sugar with butter and coconut oil. Add water eggs, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Mix. Fold in oats, coconut and chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
